Today was crazy! Everyone was out on the road course training. Pros, juniors, U 23's it was great! We got breakfast at 8 and got out to the course about 10:30. Today was to be easy, keep the pace reasonable. We rode to the course and did a lap easy. After that i did one more lap with a couple small efforts before heading back to the hotel. Next came a great lunch followed by a massage. It was also cool when all of the pro US riders showed up today. Ben King, Matthew Buche, Jeff Louder, Andrew Talansky and more. We now have over 55 US people here! It is great! The place is hoppin'! Later in the day we went to a junior UCI meeting/program it was long but sorta cool. There was a lot of talk about doping as well as the future of cycling. Some of the speakers included the Tour De France Organizer, Philip Gilbert, Eddy Merckx and team Sky's sport director. It was cool when they ended the presentation with a quiz!
Tomorrow is the junior women's race as well as the U23's! Should be a great day!
