Day Forty Six in Copenhagen, Denmark - Worlds course.

Today we got to ride the world championships road race circuit. It is a 14 km lap that is mostly flat with a couple little hills. We had a great breakfast around 8 and headed out for a ride at 11. It was really cool to be treated like a pro team... we got down to the BMC mechanic truck where we picked up our bike, we got to pick what we wanted in our bottles, there was mix, Gatorade and water. We also had a wide variety of ride food! It was great! We rode over to the course and did a lap together as a whole, the U23's and the juniors. After that Ian, Joe, both U'23's and I did a "hammer lap" where we went tempo for a whole lap to open up the legs. It hurts a little but helps in the long run. After that Gavin, Ian, Joe and I did one last lap before heading back to the hotel and getting some lunch. After lunch I got a massage from our souginer Viggo then went back to the room and did some stretching and core. After that we relaxed in our rooms watching the Elite world championships time trial on tv. It was cool watching it and knowing we are right there! Dinner was at 7. It was really cool when I got a call from Steve Blick of Oakley during dinner! Now to rest up for tomorrow! Stay tuned!
